What's included in our maintenance service?

Heating & A/C system maintenance service checklist:

  • Test A/C system operation
  • Check for signs of A/C leaks
  • Clean condenser coils
  • Check refrigerant operating pressure
  • Test compressor contactor
  • Test capacitor and relay
  • Test furnace system operation
  • Check for gas leaks in furnace
  • Clean and adjust burners
  • Check heat exchanger for cracks or defects
  • Visually inspect flue, vent and cap
  • Check voltage / amperage
  • Check blower assembly
  • Lubricate components as required
  • Inspect duct work and check air flow
  • Check thermostat operation / program and replace AA/AAA batteries as required
  • Check / Clear condensate line as required
  • Test safety controls
  • Inspect all wiring and connections
  • Check temperature splits / rise
  • Test operation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • 1 combined residential Heating and A/C maintenance service (scheduled between 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday at service address)
