Customer Story In Rialto

Rialto homeowner pleased with Burgeson's attention to detail

Problem: Kristi and Jack M. are the original owners of the home they bought in Rialto 36 years ago. For the last several years, the home's original AC system has been struggling. It runs on R22 refrigerant – and after realizing they need to add more refrigerant every summer, they knew there must be a leak. When the heat struck Rialto, they crossed their fingers that their AC would make it another year.

That summer their electricity bill was VERY high. The AC was very loud and ran continuously. It became obvious their AC was working too hard to keep up. They'd had enough and decided it was time for an upgrade. After speaking to both a relative and a close friend, they were referred to Burgeson's after hearing they were "the best."

Solution: Burgeson's Comfort Advisor, Randy, went to Kristi & Jack's home and provided them with a few replacement options. He recommended a high-efficiency, variable-speed system that would run quietly, which is what they ended up choosing.

On installation day, friendly installers, Baltazar and Kyle, arrived on time and introduced themselves. As they got to work unloading their truck, they helped ease Jack's mind by answering all of his questions and keeping the workspace clean and tidy. They even got along with Jack's dog, too!

In the end, Jack & Kristi were blown away by the installation. Burgeson's team added new registers, reset them to create optimum airflow, and then made sure Jack & Kristi were happy with the settings. Kristi refers to Baltazar as "an artist," and is grateful that she now has more room in her closet. When they had finished and gone, Kristi said you'd never know they were even there!
