1. A seamless scheduling process and appointment reminders

It's fast and easy to schedule service with Burgeson's. All you have to do is give us a call at 909-792-2222 or request an appointment online. A friendly team member will confirm your appointment window and answer any questions you have. On the day of your scheduled visit, your electrical technician can call to let you know they're on their way.

2. A precision tune-up by a Generac-certified technician

Burgeson's will dispatch a Generac-certified technician to your home to assess your generator. We work with air cooled units between 8kw to 26kw, and we typically have the parts and filters on hand to complete the job in just one visit to your home. Maintenance should take around 3 hours to complete and includes a system cleaning, a check of the run log, and a wire-by-wire test of all electrical connections. If your system is under warranty, we'll report any issues to Generac and file a claim so that any needed replacement parts will be covered under warranty.

3. A promise that you'll be satisfied by our workmanship

Burgeson's believes in giving each and every customer a 5-star service experience. If there's something that we missed during the service, simply give us a call, and we'll make it right.

How Much Does Generator Maintenance Cost?

Wondering how much it costs to maintain a whole-home generator in Redlands and the Inland Empire area? Our generator maintenance starts at $499.

Factors that will affect the cost of your whole-home generator maintenance include:

  1. Part replacements. If your technician discovers a part in need of replacement, that's a red flag we want you to know about. Just one part failure could cascade into a system shutdown. And in an emergency, that simply cannot happen. If the system does require repair, we typically have the most common replacement parts in our service vehicles ready to go, so you won't have to wait for them!

  2. System age. If a generator is in poor condition or hasn't been used or tested in over two years, the repairs and testing required could be substantial. A Burgeson's professional will always give you a heads-up regarding any additional costs associated with your maintenance visit before they begin work.

“Power went out this morning - the generator came on almost immediately and when the power came back on the generator turned off - both on/off were very smooth transitions and even the noise of the generator was reassuring. Thanks much. Works perfectly! “
